For children: Elephants’ cemetery workshop

A workshop based on the film Cemetery by Carlos Casas. In it, we follow and elephant and its keeper as they go through the jungle in Sri Lanka towards the well-known elephants’ cemetery.

The workshop is an immersive sound experience in which children are invited to listen and draw -in the dark- the imaginary place they are going to travel to through sound. It offers a different approach to elephants and the world of nature, through which the participants develop their listening skills and work on imagination. An exhibition will be made of their drawings.

Carlos Casas. A filmmaker and artist whose work ranges from documentary films, sound art, video-installations and performances.
