"Goitik behera, Behetik gora" is a film about the communities that build up around hobbies and the imaginariums they produce, studying their rise and fall through two events and hobbies: model aeroplanes and soapbox racings. These are both hobbies practiced outdoors and which are established in relation to geographical characteristics of level and sloping ground.
Vicente Vázquez and Usue Arrieta use the artistic and cinematographic context to disseminate their activity. Highlights among their recent exhibitions include: Ocho diez, seis o siete lobos, Fundació Joan Miró Barcelona; Contra Tapies, Fundació Antoni Tàpies, Barcelona; 1813, Asedio, Incendio y Reconstrucción de San Sebastian, Museo San Telmo, Donostia; Resonance, Goethe Institute Wyoming Building, New York and 98 weeks en Beirut. Their videos have been screened at CGAI, MNCARS, La Casa Encendida, at Las Palmas Internatinoal Film Festival, Punto de Vista International Navarra Film Festival, FMX, Mar de Plata Festival and Cineuropa (Santiago de Compostela).
