Jóvenes Programadores Moving Cinema x Punto de Vista (Moving Cinema Young Programmers By Punto de Vista) appeared in 2022, when a group of people learned to programme films at a festival and met the director of the film they chose, De chaque instant by Nicolas Philibert, and finally presented this to the audience as part of last year's festival. The experience was a success, so we're doing it again in 2023.
To this end, three sessions will be organised at Civivox Condestable by the A Bao A Qu* cultural association, for the group to watch a series of short films by people involved in the X Films project (candidate, jury or winning film makers), talk to them and finally programme an actual screening, to be held during the week of the festival. Also, on the day of the screening the participants who want to will be able to present the film or films they have chosen to the audience and will have the chance to meet the X Films directors.
A real experience to meet people with the same interests as you, which is sure to be highly enriching. In addition, the people taking part will get accreditation to enjoy the full Punto de Vista programme and get to know the festival from inside with its organisers.
This initiative will be organised within the European project Moving Cinema, led by A Bao A Qu since 2014, with many years of experience in contact with a range of festivals in Spain (Festival de Cine de Sevilla, D’A Film Festival and l’Alternativa) and other European countries (including BelDocs in Serbia, Kino Otok in Slovenia and Vilnius Film Festival in Lituania).
