Up to what point the screen is the main or secondary element in the cinematographic language is an issue that is not addressed by cinephiles, and they frequently use the synecdoche of not calling their art by its usual name, film, but by that of the territory, screen. Perhaps the supporting role is limited for a component for which a substitute has not yet been sought.

The lecture will be given by Isidoro Valcárcel Medina, star of the Heterodocsias Section in Punto de Vista 2015. The talk will take place in the Baluarte Bulevar Hall on Friday 13th February at 8pm. Entry is free of charge after picking a ticket in the information point of the festival in the hall of Baluarte.
