Umberto’s Clam House is a restaurant that is famous for having been a hot spot for the Italian-American Mafia of Manhattan during the seventies. Its host, Jimmy The Nose, tries to entice customers into the restaurant by singing to the city's pedestrians and tourists. The repertoire generally includes the hits of Frank Sinatra, among other less elegant improvisations. This film was produced in an endeavour to portray the atmosphere of the place, based on a conversation between the restaurant manager and a customer who is disappointed with Trip Advisor.
