Spanish premiere
The film starts with a revealing note by Duque: “I have no celluloid or videotapes. I have only numbers stored on hard drives and in the form of memory boxes called QuickTime. From it, I extracted images – now put together - ordered and presented with sincerity. Although, truth, are not". After an accident that leaves him in bed for two months, the director recovers images and footage that he has filed for eight years. With them he produced a film intimate and sensorial, consisting of portraits of friends, walking tours around Barcelona and a trip to his country of birth, Venezuela, where chaos imposes its aesthetic appeal. A complex and fragmented film that shows us the world closest to its filmmaker, even though they are not far from being as dreamlike as a picture by Hyeronimous Bosch.
