Ramón is an 89-year-old farmer living on his own in a village in Lleida. His intermittent memory keeps bringing him back to the times of the Spanish Civil War on the Segre front – the story of his life. With a green Renault that has been around for almost 40 years, for the first time Ramón returns to the site where he fought as a soldier when he was a young man. He conjures up the images of his past after 70 years, facing what has been left of it.
