THE SOUND WE SEE: A Los Angeles City Symphony

Join us for this magical 24-hour journey around the Los Angeles. Over the course of 4 months, 37 teenagers between the ages of 11 and 19 mapped their city and filmed in different locations that had personal, cultural or historical importance to them. Using 16mm for the first time, they shot footage at these locations around the clock, edited each segment to exactly one minute on screen, and then stitched those 24 segments together to create the first in the SOUND WE SEE City Symphony series. The live score was created especially for the film by Ezra Buchla and Friends.
