Things Said Once is an artist’s statement and a tribute to cinema that acknowledges its history and our responsi- bility for its continuity in the present. The text, written as a poem, revolves around the idea of film as experience in its spatial, temporal and social or community dimensions. It has been published in English, French, Spanish and Persian. Things Said Once is a reading in a sophisticated environment including a series of choreographic actions.
