This film is simultaneously a biography and a portrait of the artist Nestor Basterretxea (1924-2014). Produced almost entirely from the photographic collection of the artist himself, this film speaks of a time not so long ago, when it was possible to reconstruct a person’s life through their photo archive. It is therefore a meditation about modernity and its ways, about the passing of time and memory.
