Jorge Tur

Jorge Tur is a filmmaker and coordinator of the Master’s Degree in Creative Documentary Theory and Practice at the Autonomous University of Barcelona-UAB. His film, Dime quién era Sanchicorrota (Tell me, who was Sanchicorrota?), was the winning project in the Punto de Vista Festival’s X Films 2012. He has also made other films, such as De función; Castillo; Si yo fuera tú, me gustarían los Cicatriz; Diario ruso and Ja arriba el temps de remenar les cireres. He has recently formed part of the committee that awards the subsidies of the Cinematography Development Fund (Proimágenes Colombia) for the Project Writing section. His next film, which is still in the editing phase, is called Si la toma está bien, ¿para qué hacemos otra?
