Ana Herrera, appointed Minister of Culture, Sports and Youth of the Navarra Government
Ana Herrera, Executive Director of the Punto de Vista Festival, joined late last July the newly elected Government of Navarra.
A member of the Punto de Vista team since its inception in 2005, Ms Herrera is now embarking on a new stage in her career while continuing in the area of culture and keeping close to film and the audio visual arts. In her new office, she will still be close to the Punto de Vista Film Festival, which is having its 10th edition and going back to the annual format next year.
As to the Festival itself, Oskar Alegria will continue to be its Artistic Director, while Fernando Pérez, the newly appointed Director General of Culture, will be the Executive Director. Mr Pérez Gómez used to be Director of Cultural Programming at Azkuna Zentroa-Alhóndiga Bilbao.
