'Dardara', a film by the Navarrese film-maker Marina Lameiro shot during the farewell tour by the Navarrese rock band Berri Txarrak, has its world premiere at the opening of the festival.
The centre will showcase a programme around the authors featured in the retrospective of the 14th festival, who were also the subject of this year's publication.
The period for the submission of films to the International Documentary Film Festival of Navarra is set to end on 18th September this year.
More than 9,000 people participated in the festival’s activities.
The 15th edition of Punto de Vista will be held from 15 to 20 March 2021.
The international jury of the fourteenth edition Punto de Vista International Documentary Film Festival of Navarra, made up of Haden Guest, Simon Field and Hila Peleg, after watching all the entries submitted to the Official Selection and after due deliberation, has decided to award the following prizes.
Over the next 6 days around 140 films will be screened in Pamplona, accompanied by nearly 70 activities featuring figures from all over the world.

The three activities with the Lebanese artist Rabih Mroué, the celebration of 10th anniversary of X Films and the new series ‘Conversaciones de Punto de Vista Labs’ figure among the festival’s propositions.
Most of the directors of the 23 films selected for the Official Section will attend the festival, as well as the filmmakers whose work will be in focus on retrospectives (Ute Aurand, Helga Fanderl, Jeannette Muñoz, Renate Sami), directors with films in other sections (Lois Patiño, Carlos Casas or Isaki Lacuesta, among others) and the six members of the Official Section and X Films juries. Also nine out of ten filmmakers of the X Films project since it started in 2010 will be in attendance.
