Punto de Vista will dedicate its three Artists In Focus to Fukuda Katsuhiko, Ana Poliak and Pascale Bodet
The festival will organise a special session for the screening of the film Kusatori kusagami (The Grasscutter´s Tale) by the Japanese director Fukuda Katsuhiko. Ana Poliak and Pascale Bodet will also show a large part of their filmography in a number of sessions
Ángel Santos Touza, Hama Haruka and Marcos Uzal make up the international jury for the Punto de Vista 2023 Official Selection
The jury for the X Films project consists of Gloria Vilches, Marian Fernández Pascal and Ramiro Ledo

A professional jury will choose one of the three projects submitted to this year's festival, to be filmed over the coming year and premiered at the 2024 edition
Applications now open for accreditation to Punto de Vista 2023
Professionals, students and journalists wishing to get accreditation can do so through the festival website.
18 films will be competing in the Punto de Vista Official Selection, a show of diversity from thirteen different countries.
A total of around 800 films entered, and the ten features and eight shorts taking part were selected from among these.
A highlight this year is the large number of world or Spanish premières at the festival.
Punto de Vista reaches out to younger audiences through its mediation programme and the Youth Jury
Its activities include a workshop for children at Civivox, a short film screening for families about the animal world, the second edition of Jóvenes Programadores x Punto de Vista scheme for young programmers and a session for students at the Filmoteca de Navarra
Punto de Vista presents the first retrospective in Spain of the work of German director Peter Nestler, a key figure in contemporary European documentary film
Under the title Es nahen andere Zeiten / Se acercan otros tiempos [Other Times are Coming], given its importance it will be travelling after the festival to Barcelona, Madrid, Coruña and Valencia
The book Punto de Vista publishes every year will also deal with his career, as yet little known in Spain
