Pablo Casanueva to premiere Gaulana as the film-maker selected in 2025
It will include two workshops for children, a family session in partnership with Pamplona Planetarium, two sessions with high school students at the Filmoteca de Pamplona, the overhaul and expansion of the Young Programmers scheme at Civivox and three sessions in partnership with UPNA and UNAV (Faculty of Communication and Museum of the University of Navarre).
Saturday 25th April will see the closing of the festival and the award of the Grand Prize for Best Film, the Jean Vigo Prize for Best Director and the Prize for Best Short Film.
Benita, by Alan Berliner, opens the event on 20th April, while Una película de miedo, by Sergio Oksman will be closing it on Saturday 25th
This year nearly 900 films were entered for the Official Selection, of which eight feature films and eleven shorts were selected to compete for the festival prizes
